The treatment
What we offer, how long it takes, and the recovery.
In-office injections for thinning hair, for men and women. About thirty minutes a visit, a series of three about four weeks apart, and no downtime.
What we offer
Two treatment options, each built as a series of three.
Same appointment, same care. The difference is what goes into your scalp, and Dr. Buzzard will tell you which one fits you at your consultation.
Each is a package of three sessions. Pricing is shared privately at your consultation, and it is significantly less expensive than a hair transplant.

The time frame
-
Now
Your free consultation
By phone, or in person at the office. Dr. Buzzard looks at your scalp, tells you straight whether this is right for you, and which option fits.
-
From January 19
Your first session
About thirty minutes, start to finish, with twenty to thirty minutes of treatment. Dr. Buzzard photographs your scalp so there is a record from day one.
-
About four weeks later
Your second session
The same visit, the same thirty minutes. Photos again.
-
About four weeks after that
Your third session
The last of a series of three. Photos again.
-
At six months
Your follow-up
A check-in visit with photos, to see how well it is working and whether additional injections may be needed in the future.
-
After that
Additional injections, if needed
Only if Dr. Buzzard recommends them at your follow-up, and you decide together.
Individual results vary. A consultation with Dr. Buzzard is the only way to know whether you are a candidate and what to expect.
The recovery
There's no downtime.
No specific recovery to plan around. You may notice some small raised points on your scalp, and you can go back to work the same day.
-
No numbing, no waiting
No numbing cream and no forty-five minute wait before we start.
-
Nothing shaved or cut
Dr. Buzzard works through the hair you have.
-
Small raised points
Each injection leaves a small raised point on the scalp. They settle on their own.
-
Back to work the same day
No recovery time, no hat required, no hiding.
-
Bruising is uncommon
The needle we use is too short to reach the blood vessels that cause it.
No special aftercare, except be gentle with your scalp for 24 hours after the treatment.
